We understand the huge impact the Covid-19 outbreak is having on your day-to-day lives and we are committed to helping you retain some normality by doing what we do best; helping you enjoy your garden.
At Screen it Green we are working hard to keep our operations running as smoothly as possible, to deliver your orders whilst also taking the necessary precautions to protect our customers and staff.
Following the Prime Minister's announcement on Monday 23rd March, we wanted to let you know that we are continuing to send out orders from our nursery. Please rest assured that we are working as hard as possible to make sure we deliver orders as quickly as possible, although we do ask you for your patience during this very difficult time.
We normally aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours but due to the extremely high level of orders, we are taking longer than normal. Please bear with us but we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.
Here are some steps we’ve taken to keep delivering the plants you love:
- We are following the guidance of the UK Government and the NHS in our office and nursery to protect our colleagues and customers.
- We are limiting deliveries to the Northern Ireland market in order to use our own vehicles for delivery, thus reducing the need for third party delivery methods and therefore reducing risk of infection spread.
- We have also introduced a ‘click & collect service, whereby customers can order/pay online and pick up their order at a designated collection point at our nursery.
- We are providing resources necessary to help employees work from home wherever possible and we have set up methods of communication for our colleagues to keep in touch, and to stay connected and up-to-date with the relevant information and advice.
The situation is ever-changing, but we are closely monitoring daily and are committed to keeping our loyal customers updated on our products and services.
We will continue to help you discover everything garden related and make the most of your time at home with your family and loved ones.
