Regarded as one of the best blue lacecap hydrangeas, Teller Blue is a vigorous broad deciduous shrub with coarsely toothed, glossy dark green leaves with autumnal hues, and bearing flowerheads of large, lilac-blue florets in mid and late summer. Flowers may initially bloom purple-pink in alkaline soil but should turn blue eventually.
