Pieris Japonica Cupido is a beautiful compact variety with glossy dark green leaves and produces supberb deep scarlet to burgundy red young growth in spring. Cupido keeps a great shape and is very easily maintained. Red/Pink buds open out to form pendant racemes of white lily-of-the-valley like flowers that are produced in April.
