Each of the slightly ruffled grey-green leaves has an irregular cream margin, which flushes pink in colder weather. A wonderful specimen for a sheltered garden and it's also good for creating an informal screen. It's mostly grown for its year-round foliage, however the small deep purple flowers have a deliciously sweet honey-like perfume.
