Rose Arthur Bell (bush) Semi-double, fragrant, golden-yellow flowers from July to September, fading to cream, and shiny, bright green leaves. This charming, cluster-flowered bush rose is perfect for an open, sunny site with fertile, moist, well-drained soil. To maximise flowering apply a balanced liquid fertiliser every three weeks during spring and summer.
