Irish Eyes was Rose of the year 2000 This rose is very eye-catching, the flowers are fully double with a light fragrance and are carried in masses, covering the plant. Each flower is deep orange yellow which turns to a pleasant shade of red as the flower ages, so the plant has flowers of two colours at any given time. This rose is compact with deep shiny green leaves, it flowers freely and cannot fail to catch one's eye amongst other plants. Repeat Flowering.
